From the heart of the most vibrant and colourful city, the Sun-n-Sand brings you gourmet specialties in Indian, Chinese and Continental traditions which are served at the Food and Beverage outlets, coupled with 24 hour room service.

The Sunset Room - is a multi-cuisine, fine dining restaurant. It is the best place for Continental specialties. Sunset Room also has a fine selection of wines and spirits representing various countries. A few of Sunset Room favorites include Baked Crabs, Lobster Thermidor and Steaks; the restaurant is open for lunch from 1230 to 1530 hours & 1930 to 2330 hours for dinner.

Aqua - 24hr Coffee Shop - has the finest service in town. Situated by the pool-side it serves light fillers and mini-meals with a wide choice of beverages. Theme buffet dinners are served between Wed - Sun from 1930 hrs to 0200 hrs.

Aqua Spirit - Aqua Spirit sports a "young" lounge like atmosphere with seamless glass wall on one side that helps bringing in the reflections of the sea and the pool, the glass ceiling is aimed to recreate the movement inherent in water, while the mirrored mural wall reflects the shades of blue in the ceiling, furniture and flooring, a swanky lounge with mod white leather couches. Offering a world-class variety of Spirits, Beers, Wines and Liqueurs, The menu also offers delicious frozen margaritas and daiquiris, caipiroshka and mojito in different flavours, introducing new cocktails like the Golgappa Margarita, a spicy and tangy mix of tequila and panipuri masala.

Kabab Hut - Gourmets can now rediscover the extraordinary flavors of authentic Nawabi cuisine at Kabab Hut, the exciting specialty restaurant by the poolside open from 1900 to 2330 hours. Kabab Hut specialties include Sikandari Raan, Dal E Khaas, and Aatish- e- Jingha.

Seaside - The perfect place to enjoy the sunny side of life. Located off the main pool and the beach it offers a wide selection of light meals and snacks, The Seaside is open for service from 1030 hrs to 1930 hrs.

The Sun-n-Sand helps you to host classy conferences, with the latest audio-visual equipment, public address systems and more. The halls available are; Board Room - 6, Anchor - 50, Anchor B - 30 and Jubilee Room - 120.
